I remember Cameron Boyce did this little PSA or commercial on Disney Channel talking about his grandmother. She was one of the Clinton Twelve, and group of teens who were the first black students to integrate at a high school in Tennessee. He seemed like a sweet kid
Wow I had no clue Lee Thompson Young died. So talented, so beautiful. Tragic, he was so young!
I’m always so glad when Mary Kay is included in these lists, her story has always stuck deep in my heart and her voice was the soundtrack to my childhood. We are so lucky to have preservation of these wonderful people in the form of media!
