      Same Keanu! With everything happening in the world currently Iā€™m more surprised at anyone who isnā€™t having an existential crisis tbh!

      Didnā€™t read the article for my own mental health, but I can say death obsession has not been fun in my experience. I had daily thoughts about dying (not suicidal) and they were constantly so distressing and embarrassing in the ways theyā€™d come out. Had a reprieve from them for quite a few years but Iā€™ve been struggling a little with it again lately.

      Idk itā€™s just a weird thing to constantly have on your mind and thereā€™s no room to really talk about it in a way that alleviates that fear
