  1. > “He apologized multiple times, but I didn’t realize how big of a deal it was to other people,” Ice, 24, added. “I feel like people just wanted something to be mad about, I guess. I wasn’t angry or sad or anything. I was just kind of confused. I never really cared about that.”

POS apologize to me all the time but I don’t forgive ‘em cuz they all went too far.

I get it that forgiving should be one’s own choice but damn it he was being fucking racist! And to you!

Did she leave her brain in the deli where was shaking her ass?

I HATE this. “It didn’t matter to me so it wasn’t a big deal.” It’s giving “Rihanna forgave Chris, why can’t you?”

Lol I guess his comments do not affect her the same way they affect and dehumanize dark skin Black women so why would she care right?

You’ll never be able to convince me that Taylor making a song with Ice Spice wasn’t to shield Matty from criticism.

can someone PLEASE link the podcast CLIP so i’m in the loop on what we’re all mad about? i’m not listening to a full hour of white guys yapping if i’m not getting paid for it.

yeah i tried youtube. search results suck now. they shoulda never done the tech layoffs

  8. Mmmmm… I mean. I don’t know, but is it that big of a deal? I had to read it and as someone mixed… like this is a very normal experience. Like whether it’s white people cracking jokes like this or even unmixed minorities- these jokes come from everyone and we grow up with it being way more socially acceptable to make towards us. You learn to grow thick skin about it. Her getting offended about it might not necessarily be worth the press.

That being said… it *is* normal to hear these kinda jokes from white people and it’s annoying when you hear them (red flag), but the article says he wasn’t the one making them or responding to it.

If I was icespice, I’d just think “ok, not doing this podcast in the future and mental note to avoid Taylor swift and the men she dates”, but I wouldn’t start shit in the press with Taylor of all people… that woman is messy with her beefs. I’d leave it to Stan twitter and move on lol

Ice Spice is like that girl from Squid Game. Internet girlies gonna obsess over someone for a minute then forget they exist.

Good for her for being strong enough to block out someone else’s ignorance but I really can’t help but think about the stuff she said doechii 🫠 like of course she can forgive him when she’s disrespecting black women too….

She is a light skinned black woman who has benefited from colorism and she is allowed to feel however she wants about the jokes directed at her specifically. The part that bothers me is that she obviously doesn’t care about the fact that he admitted to watching very disturbing racist videos like ghetto gaggers where black women are abused for the pleasure of sadistic white men. That is so messed up and Ice Spice is trash, I hope she fades into irrelevancy soon.
