      Comedy shows especially comedy tv writers are barely acknowledged. The Bear outright doing category fraud to win awards over actual comedy shows is sick.

      I don’t keep up with the emmys, so I just looked this up.

      How in the world did *The Bear* win for ***Comedy***???? That show is anxiety on crack and really is a feelsbad™ show. While it has funny moments here and there (and less as the seasons go by, imo), I truly don’t know how it can be a ‘comedy’.

      Yeah I don’t know why the Emmys allow this. They need to put shows into the appropriate categories. The Bear is a fantastic show and we all know it isn’t a comedy. Let it compete with the dramas where it belongs.

      Don’t really like The Bear or Abbott Elementary, but I agree that The Bear has no business being in any comedy categories. Shows like Reservation Dogs, What We Do In the Shadows, and Hacks deserve way more recognition and accolades. Too bad The Bear is getting in the way of that.
