Chappell Roan is everywhere. Her manager says her fans feel part of her success – not separate to it. He adds – ‘she has the 100% rule. With every decision, if it’s not 100% yes, then it’s no.’

The timing of this is interesting considering her team is getting heat for canceling and rescheduling shows days before she’s set to perform, inconveniencing hundreds of people who planned for those shows. It’s inconsiderate and downright disrespectful to the fans who have carried her to meteoric success these last few months.

This cycle is soooooo predictable to me. Build her up. Tear her down. I hope she can overcome the pop star grind.

    >She’s not an artist who’s been driven by, ‘How loud can this moment be? How do I reach more people?’

Right, which is why she didn’t just cancel multiple concerts at the last minute so she can perform at the VMA’s

Oh wait. That’s exactly what she just did

  4. Tons of Americans that were never going Berlin complaining about a concert they don’t have tickets too….

This is so disappointing but expected. She told internet weirdos to back off and they find something to roast her for so they can pretend it isn’t about her having boundaries.

  5. “With every decision, if it’s not a 100% yes, then it’s a no”

Soooo that also means she a 100% stands by her decision to cancel European concerts in favor of the VMAs 🥴

welp, gg Chappell but it was only a matter of time before she reached “popular thing bad” status

  7. Man this article being released just a few days before her cancelling the european shows is gonna suck big time. Wonder how long ago the interview actually was?
