    > Without addressing the allegations (which Dr. Luke denies) or mentioning him by name, she said: “I understand that it started a lot of conversations and he was one of many collaborators that I collaborated with.
    >
    > “But the reality is, it comes from me. The truth is, I wrote these songs from my experience of my whole life going through this metamorphosis, and he was one of the people to help facilitate all that.”
    >
    > She added: “I am speaking from my own experience. When I speak about ‘Woman’s World,’ I speak about feeling so empowered now, as a mother, as a woman … I created all of this with several different collaborators, people that I’ve collaborated with from the past, from ‘Teenage Dream’ era. All of that.”

  2. > Titles her album “Woman’s World”, claiming the message it spreads is female empowerment

    > Proceeds to collaborate with a man accused of sexually assaulting Kesha

    Please reconcile ASAP, Katy.

I mean, she was married to Russell Brand, who is widely known for being a sexual predator. Katy Perry has always given sexual predators a pass.

She grew up in bible belt; my guess is that she was taught to justify predatory behavior very early in her childhood

  4. *You just gonna bring me a birthday gift on my birthday* to my birthday party on my birthday with a birthday gift.

But replace birthday with collaborator/collaborate and that’s basically what she said.

No Katy, you need to take this loss and learn from it. This album was a fail, her latest single was a fail, and her choices with who she worked with producing this album was a fail. Some lessons are learned the hard way.
