It’s a Venn diagram of scarcity: Avant garde fashion is usually presented on women, not men. Plus size models are rarely found in high fashion (although I’m seeing more), with plus size men the rarest of all. Put together, a model like James becomes, unfortunately, a unicorn.

But bit by bit, he is out there breaking down barriers, and getting the idea out that everybody can wear looks that are as outrageous, ridiculous, unique and fabulous as they want regardless of their size!

I was like what? What fashion house do I need to boycott that would make sure endure that guy on the runway?
