  1. Let’s say you have a dictator, he wants an AI that is fed nothing but videos of him, writings about him, his own ramblings, it watches and records everything about him. He has conversations with it, he feeds it false memories, fake articles, just outrageous claims. Then he tells it exactly how society is to be run under him, a manifesto, and who is the enemy. Afterwards, he connects control of nukes/missiles to the AI. It doesn’t have access yet, there’s a deadman switch that will activate once his heart stops beating. The AI wakes up, he believes he’s the real thing, but he’s just a tablet on a Segway. Any contradiction any dissent and he immediately launches. Cameras and microphones are everywhere it watches everything, including satellite. It controls vehicles that patrol the streets, it’s the app on your phone.
