Matthew Perry’s Los Angeles mansion has a new owner.

The former residence of the late “Friends” star, who was found dead in the hot tub of his Pacific Palisades abode on October 28, 2023, was purchased by movie producer and Arizona-based real estate developer Anita Verma-Lallian for $8.55 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.

A rep for Verma-Lallian told the outlet she will use the four-bedroom, 3,500-square-foot, mid-century modern property, which Perry purchased in 2020 for $6 million, as a vacation home.

The rep also said the businesswoman bought the home through a trust and was represented by Brooke Elliott Laurinkus of Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California.

Perry died at age 54 due to the “acute effects of ketamine,” according to the LA County Medical Examiner’s Office.

His manner of death was listed as accidental.

The autopsy report also listed drowning, coronary artery disease and buprenorphine, an opioid, as other conditions that contributed to the actor’s death.

Five people, including two doctors and Perry’s longtime assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa, were charged with the “Fools Rush In” star’s death.

Officials said Iwamasa administered the ketamine dose that killed the “17 Again” star.

Perry’s stepfather, Keith Morrison, and his half-sister, Caitlin Morrison, reflected on the actor’s death earlier this week.

“When [Matthew] suddenly died, it was incredibly shocking … anybody who has lost a child will tell you that, even if you are in some way prepared for the possibility, it’s shattering,” the “Dateline” correspondent told Hello! Canada Wednesday.

Keith and Caitlin said they channeled their grief into the Matthew Perry Foundation of Canada, which was recently created to honor the late star “by carrying on his commitment to helping others through recovery.”

“He would like to be remembered for doing something to help people suffering from addiction,” Keith added.
