Cos lettuce is what is used, not iceburg. Iceburg lettuces are huge so this is why you ended up with bucket loads of lettuce 😂

❤OMG MATE I LOVE THIS I NEEEEED to try the Jen A One first I think I could definitely won't to eat that every day +U come just swap out the proteins and spices for change U could also do soy garlic tofu croutons YUMMY I am currently 6 days water /Home made bone meats broth fasted with a dash of greek yougart in like a OMAD style fasting that I hv come up with to heal gut issues and cronic pain +drop some stored visceral fat stored So far I am doing really well I hv been Fasting for a over 5yrs this is my longest I am pretty sick ,so its all healing I really need I am not hungry But I really enjoy watching cook stuff while I am fasting Ha ha Its relaxing and I am picking up gr8 recipes too I lv this style of like bake off vlogs Sezzy cool 😎 🥰😍❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥😁
