The Menendez Brothers Are Closer to Being Freed as D.A. Recommends Resentencing
Lyle and Erik Menendez are one step closer to being released from prison after Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón announced his recommendation that they be resentenced. From here, the case will go to the courts and a judge will determine if the two men are eligible for parole immediately. The Menendez Brothers are currently serving life sentences without the possibility of parole after being found guilty of the 1989 murder of their parents, Jose and Kitty.

I hope so. The Brothers that were abused for years was awful. And will show the world. That those who abuse young ones that can't defend for themselves will not get away with such sad and horrible acts of cruelty in any way. Time to let Lyle & Erik walk out free ❤️❤️
Sorry but the Menendez boys should remain in prison in the case of killing their parents.
