Zachery Ty Bryan, of “Home Improvement” fame, was booked into the Custer County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence on Friday. >> Get the latest news stories of interest by clicking here.The Custer County Sheriff’s Office’s website shows that Bryan was booked into the jail on a count of driving under the influence – second felony offense shortly after 8:30 a.m. on Friday. The website also posted Bryan’s mugshot. The DUI arrest was Bryan’s latest, and he was charged with a felony after an arrest in February in California. The Custer County Sheriff’s Office’s website shows that Bryan was booked into the jail on a count of driving under the influence – second felony offense shortly after 8:30 a.m. on Friday. The website also posted Bryan’s mugshot.
The DUI arrest was Bryan’s latest, and he was charged with a felony after an arrest in February in California. USA Today reported in March that the February arrest was his fourth DUI charge.
