Combs is currently being held in Brooklyn’s notorious Metropolitan Detention Center since he was arrested on September 16 on federal charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation for purposes of prostitution.
The same jail, with roughly 1,200 inmates, currently houses R. Kelly and Sam Bankman-Fried and is currently under federal investigation over violent incidents over the years.
Since his arrest, upwards of 120 victims have come forward while Combs maintains his innocence.
Last week, seven new federal civil suits were made against Combs alleging that he sexually assaulted or raped the claimants in separate incidents between 2000 and 2022.

Combs’s lawyers are trying to get the rap mogul out of jail and filed an appeal to the 2nd US Circuit Court after two judges rejected his release on bail. This is due to be discussed on November 4.
Larry Levine, director and founder of Wall Street Prison Consultants, revealed that Combs is getting daily psych visits monitoring his mental health as well as preferential treatment.
‘My sources are telling me that [Combs] is getting extra showers each week. I don’t know how many. It probably varies. They’re giving him extra privileges,’ he said.
Levine also said that Combs will be a prime target among fellow prisoners due to the allegations of sexually assaulting minors.
He added: ‘He’s got a lonely existence. He’s got a target on his back and you know… it’s fact he’s got too much on too many people.
‘Someone’s going to have to take him out and it’s not going to be the inmates there because they can’t get to him.’
Combs is scheduled for criminal trial in May 2025.
