God, it’s brutal out here.

Olivia Rodrigo says she was interrogated by a Border Patrol officer after they mistook her for a criminal.

Speaking to Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday’s episode of “The Tonight Show,” the 21-year-old singer detailed getting “in trouble with the law for the first time” while on her “Guts” world tour.

“We were going from Canada to, like, Portland or something,” she recalled. “We were at border control, I give them my passport, and they’re like, ‘OK, whatever.’ And they knock on the door [of the tour bus] and they’re like, ‘We need Olivia.’”

Believing that the officer probably just wanted an autograph for a family member, the “Vampire” singer came out of the bus. However, she was then taken into an interrogation room where there was a “big cop” with a “gun.”

“It’s 3:00 a.m. and I’m delirious,” she noted.

“He’s like, ‘Have you ever been arrested?’ I’m, like, ’No, I haven’t been arrested.’ He’s like, ‘Are you sure?’ I’m like gaslighting [myself]. I’m like, ‘Oh, my God, maybe I was, like, arrested and I didn’t know it.’”

After being warned that she could go to jail for lying to a federal agent, Rodrigo recalled feeling “so scared” and “having a panic attack.”

But 30 minutes later, the officer looked at her closely and asked her to verify her name again.

“And I go, ‘Olivia Rodrigo. R-O-D-R-I-G-O.’ And he’s like ‘Oh, there’s a girl who looks just like you that’s your same age that’s been arrested multiple times, and her name is Olivia Rodriguez,’” she revealed before the crowd erupted in laughter.

That wasn’t the only mishap that happened during Rodrigo’s world tour, however. Earlier this month, she fell through a trapdoor hole in the middle of the stage while performing in Australia.

Although initially brushing it off at the time, she told Fallon that “it was really scary.”

“Watching the video is back is pretty terrifying,” she said, about the incident that took place at the Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne. “[But] I mean, show must go on. That’s showbiz, baby.”

The singer also detailed that she was taken to the hospital after to make sure she didn’t have a concussion, but “nothing happened.”

Rodrigo also poked fun at her fall by posting a video of the incident to TikTok.

“subtleforeshadowing,” she captioned the clip, seemingly referring to the song “Ballad of a Homeschooled Girl” from her “Guts” album.

The lyrics to the track read, “I broke a glass, I tripped and fell, I told secrets I shouldn’t tell / I stumbled over all my words, I made it weird, I made it worse / Each time I step outside, it’s social suicide.”

Her “Guts” tour is set to pick up again in March in South America before wrapping up in England.
